Four classes, one floor

    Juniors

    • White to green sash

  • A foot connecting with a kicking shield held by a coach, ankle-down view on a mat

    • 75 minutes, Monday and Wednesday

    • All sashes

  • Adults in white uniforms lined up on the floor, seen from behind and at a distance

    Adults
