What to expect
Do I need to bring anything?
A plain t-shirt, loose pants and a water bottle. We have a bench for bags and shoes by the door.
How long is a first class?
The same as any class, 45 to 90 minutes. Arrive ten minutes early so a teacher can show you around.
Can a parent stay?
Yes. Parents sit on the bench by the door and can watch the whole class.
